When confronted with a challenge, nurturing supportive relationships can lead to the greatest personal growth and value. Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with you is an important aspect for us to support you as you embark on, or continue, this transformative journey.
With a genuine and collaborative approach, I aim at guiding you towards the direction propelling you to achieve your goals. I strive to create a welcoming and validating space where we can meet as you explore your inner self. By using an integrative approach, I want to support you by recognizing connections and patterns within your experiences, emotions, and actions fostering greater self-awareness. Together, we can develop effective coping skills and resources to facilitate meaningful change.
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, and particularly those struggling with eating disorders. The ever-changing expectations of society and pressures of social media may discourage you from celebrating what makes you unique. In our journey together, we can discover your personal identity. Contemplating and pursuing change may instill feelings of anxiety and other uncomfortable emotions, in our time together we can cultivate a safe space to process this experience. I am excited to assist you in navigating life’s challenges and transitions, supporting you in achieving your aspirations and the life you desire.
Whether you have been considering starting counseling for a while or if this is a completely new experience for you, I am happy that you are here! Please feel free to contact me for a complimentary in person, video, or phone consultation.
