Payments and Fees
Encircle Psychological Services, LLC accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans and United Health Care/Optum Behavioral Health plans.
While you may be insured by an insurance plan, sometimes mental health benefits might not be covered. Please be sure to verify your coverage by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. If you need assistance in this process, please contact us, and we can help you clarify your benefits with your insurance company.
If you do not have BCBS PPO, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of service; however, you may be able to receive reimbursement by submitting a receipt to your insurance company. If any amount is reimbursed to us directly from your insurance company, we can then refund that amount back to you.
Each insurance plan is different for each individual; therefore, it is important for you to know your financial obligations with regards to your benefits. If you plan to use your insurance, please know that you are financially responsible for any deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance, and that these fees are due at the time of service. If, for any reason, BCBS denies coverage for services rendered, you will be responsible for the full amount.
If you decide to not use insurance, you may also pay out of pocket. The fees for services are as follows:
Payment is due at the time of service. Payment may be made by cash, check, Chase QuickPay/Zelle Pay, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).
